RESULT: Monarch Oxford Cheetahs 50 – 40 Redcar Agilia Bears

The Monarch Oxford Cheetahs take a ten point lead into the second leg of the Cab Direct Championship Knockout Cup Semi-Final after a strong display at Sandy Lane tonight.

The Bears put up fierce opposition and it was all square at heat five, however, the Cheetahs then took control and were unlucky not to win by a bigger margin.

There are injury concerns for both teams, with Danny King (Redcar) and Jordan Jenkins (Oxford) taking heavy falls on the night.
