Car Parking Information
Due to limited parking at the stadium, free parking will be available thanks to Unipart at their site just a short walk from the stadium (approx 800m) on a first come first served basis, please remember to select this option if required when purchasing your tickets as this will be required when arriving at the car park.
A free shuttle bus service will be provided to and from the stadium from the Unipart car park site.

Abandonment Policy

ABANDONMENT PRIOR TO MEETING START. If it is necessary to abandon racing prior to the commencement of the meeting, tickets will be valid for the re-staging date of that meeting.
If you are unable to make the re-staging date, a full refund of your ticket can be requested by emailing [email protected]

ABANDONMENT PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF HEAT 10
If it is necessary to abandon a meeting prior to the completion of Heat 10, each adult ticket holder will be entitled to a refund of £1 for every heat not completed prior to Heat 10.
For example, if the meeting is abandoned after heat 7, a refund of £3 will be issued as heats 8-10 have not been completed.

ABANDONMENT AFTER COMPLETION OF HEAT 10
If 10 race heats are completed, this classifies as an official result in accordance with the BSPL regulations. There will be no re-staging as the result will stand and there will be no refunds.
