Oxford Spires Look to Ace Belle Vue

The OXS Oxford Spires travel to Manchester on Monday (May 13 2024) where they take on the Belle Vue Aces in the Premiership.

There is a change to the riding order, as the averages have updated, with Rohan Tungate moving to the number one position and Macej Janowski taking his place at number four.

Team Manager Pete Schroeck is aware of the task in hand

“Belle Vue have a very strong home advantage so we need to keep positive and keep it as close as possible

He also feels that ‘Magic’ Janowski is on the verge of returning to his best

“He has shown us what he is capable of with a great win over Tai Woffinden at Sheffield and he has made some further changes to his set-up so hopefully Belle Vue is where he will hit his true form

The Oxford Cheetahs kick off their Championship campaign on Wednesday at Sandy Lane, a full preview will be issued next week.
