NEW DATE: Away leg at Leicester switches to Sunday afternoon at 3pm

LEICESTER SPEEDWAY have re-arranged their NL Grand Final/KO Cup Final double-header to Sunday at 3pm.

The Lion Cubs were due to face Oxford and Mildenhall in a meeting which fell victim to the weather last weekend, and the forecast now shows rain moving through the area on Saturday evening just when racing was due to take place.

Sunday had already been logged as the date for a potential re-staging, and the meeting will start with the first leg of the league decider between the Cubs and the Chargers.

Following that, Leicester will defend an 11-point lead against the Fen Tigers in the second leg of the Knockout Cup.
