PREVIEW: Cheetahs seek MAXiCab Knockout Cup progression

SD TIMMO CAR SALES Oxford Cheetahs powered by County Plumbing Supplies are looking to make their second semi-final of the year when they travel to Scunthorpe tonight (Friday) in the second leg of their MAXiCab Knockout Cup quarter-final tie.

Cheetahs have a healthy 20-point advantage from their home leg at the BetGoodwin Oxford Stadium on April 9.

Oxford go into the meeting with a slightly new look as Dan Gilkes has been sidelined with a nasty knee injury, which has allowed the Oxford management to give Latvian Francis Gusts another opportunity at the club, albeit in the Cab Direct Championship rather than the ROWE Motor Oil Premiership.

Cameron Heeps makes his return for Cheetahs following a shoulder injury.
