PREVIEW: Spires look to the East

The OXS Oxford Spires travel East for a mouth watering ROWE Motor Oil Premiership clash with the table topping Ipswich Witches tomorrow night (Thursday).

The Spires currently occupy the final fourth Play-Off spot and are keen to maintain their position and increase the gap between themselves and fifth place Leicester Lions.

Oxford will be at full strength while Ipswich continue to need a guest for the injured Jason Doyle and have booked local lad, and Oxford Cheetahs captain, Scott Nicholls to ride at number one.

It kicks off a busy period for the Spires who will then face Sheffield at home on Monday and the return of the Ipswich Witches three days later on Thursday. Tickets are now on sale at www.oxfordspeedway.club/tickets
