POSTPONED: Leicester v Oxford – Sunday, October 22nd

LEICESTER SPEEDWAY took the early decision on Saturday evening to postpone Sunday’s scheduled National League double-header, which commenced with the first leg of the NL Grand Final between Leicester Lion Cubs and WSRA Oxford Chargers.

After several days of heavy rain Leicester staff have been busy working on the track throughout Saturday, but the circuit is still deemed too soft for racing.

Oxford had called off their leg, due to take place on Saturday evening, at Saturday lunchtime, due to a track that was deemed too grippy, following the recent heavy rain.

New dates for both fixtures will follow as soon as they are confirmed.
